The room was super comfy with a huge bed and fresh linens. We enjoyed the free shuttle service to the airport, and the staff were warm and welcoming.
It wasn’t cheap, but it’s still acceptable.

The room was spacious and remarkably clean. The bed was the most comfortable I've encountered in many hotels, making it easy to relax. Plenty of lighting and outlets were available, which was a nice touch. the shower showed signs of age, with a leaking head and a clogged drain that detracted from the experience. I appreciated the comfortable chair for reading, but I did miss having a microwave in the room. While the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, some maintenance issues, like the faulty dryer, should be addressed for a better stay.

Spacious room, comfortable bed with a great leafy outlook that helped me recover after a long trip and made my daughter’s birthday special with fantastic customer service at breakfast.

Comfortable, clean rooms with ample storage. Convenient shuttle service to the airport made travel easy. Ruby Tuesday’s nearby was a pleasant surprise; friendly staff and good food. Outstanding service throughout the hotel. Every employee interacted with was professional and courteous, showcasing a commitment to guest satisfaction. A rude bartender, outdated drink options, and long waits detracted from the overall enjoyment. Some facilities showed age—cleanliness was prioritized, yet more attention to upkeep is needed. Limited amenities in the room and slow check-in process left much to be desired. Communication failures regarding my reservation added to the frustration. With improvements, this could be a truly exceptional stay.

I checked into a really run-down room that looked decades old—stained carpets, a bathroom with black streaks, and a shower that barely drained. Plus, the check-in was painfully slow, and I got double charged. Just a total mess.

It would have been convenient to have this available for wrinkled clothes. the heating in the room seemed unreliable as I found myself constantly adjusting the air conditioning throughout the night to find a comfortable temperature. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, which was a bit of a letdown as a hot beverage in the morning would have been nice. the first nighters' kit provided in the bathroom was a nice touch. I did notice that the hair dryer in the bathroom was not functioning properly, which was inconvenient. The shower had a dated appearance and the shower head was dripping, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower experience. The bed linen was clean, but I was surprised to find that there was no complimentary toiletries provided in the room. A lack of essential toiletries such as shampoo and soap was disappointing. The room itself was spacious and had a flat-screen TV, although the curtains were a bit worn out and could use some updating. The housekeeping service was adequate, but I did notice that some areas of the room were not as clean as I would have liked. I appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle service offered by the hotel. I was not informed about the daily parking charge of $22 until I checked out, which was an unexpected expense. The lack of transparency regarding additional charges was frustrating. It was also disappointing to discover that the swimming pool was not available during my stay.

The staff goes above and beyond, making you feel welcome. The lobby and bar area are impressive, and I enjoyed the restaurant's offerings.
The room left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness.

The spacious room made me feel right at home, and the delicious breakfast was a great start to my day! I loved relaxing by the sunny indoor pool and soaking in the jacuzzi. The staff treated me like family, which made my stay unforgettable!

Great location! Super close to the airport and they even offer a free shuttle. The staff was really friendly and my bed was comfy. The room was clean, although the shower could use a refresh and had a little leak. be ready for an extra pet fee if you're bringing your furry friend.

The beds were very comfy, and soaking in the tub was a nice treat after a long day. the staff was friendly, and everything was clean. The location was convenient, especially if you don't mind the sound of airplanes flying overhead.
False advertising about the free breakfast was disappointing, and the hassle of canceling was frustrating. The housekeeping policy for multiple-day stays was inconvenient, with no room cleaning or towel service.

The front desk guy was really nice and made us feel welcomed as I was checking in. The beds were great and the bathroom had enough space. The hotel had a good location with shuttle service, which was convenient for getting around.
The room was disappointing; there were old drinks in the fridge, stained sheets on the bed, and no coffee or cups.

Downstairs was perfect for hanging out - we grubbed on pizza and played card games like there's no tomorrow. We even hit up Zoo Atlanta and caught a Braves game.
More party vibes needed for us young peeps - like a cool rooftop lounge or a DJ at the pool! .

Check out Mercedes-Benz Stadium for exciting events. Convenient location near attractions like Zoo Atlanta and Suntrust Field. Great for families looking for fun activities nearby.

Enjoyed the American Brasserie Restaurant and Lounge, comfy bed, and top, notch breakfast omelet. Convenient to airport and great shuttle service. Loved the nearby shopping. Staff was fantastically helpful.

we had an easy time getting to Sonesta, and the south terminal was close by. the Front Desk staff were courteous and professional, and the lobby had plenty of room for social gathering. Even though the jets were flying close by all day and most of the night, the hotel was very well insulated. the burger bar at "Burger Theory" was good but a bit pricey.

I chose Sonesta primarily for its proximity to the Georgia International Convention Center, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet access and concierge services. The American Brasserie Restaurant and Lounge and the on-site Burger Theory restaurant were delightful additions, offering a relaxed atmosphere and fun food options.
Unsanitary and disgusting conditions.
